3. To receive the gift, it is mandatory to click on ADD OFFER in step 1 of the Checkout process.
4. Failure to follow the above step will result in the gift not being sent, and WOCK will not be responsible for subsequent shipments.

6. Returning the order placed during the campaign will void the campaign, requiring the return of the merchandising gift along with the item(s) in the order.
6.1. In the case of a partial return of the order that does not include the gift item, its value will be deducted from the total refund — the gift’s value corresponds to its retail price (RRP) as displayed on www.wockshoes.com at the time of purchase.
6.2. In cases of partial returns that do not include the gift item and involve free returns, only the first return is offered. Any subsequent return of the gift item will be at the customer’s expense.
