    This page contains the terms and conditions that govern the website www.wockshoes.com. The navigation of the website implies acceptance of all the provisions contained in this document. All purchases of products made through the website are governed by these general terms and other instructions for use contained on the site. All customers are invited to carefully read these general conditions.

    WOCK® reserves the right to modify the content of the website (prices and photos, for example), at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Any modification made will come into force on the date of its publication.


  • SHOPPING

    The terms and conditions regulate the relations between WOCK® and the customer, in respect of purchases of products made through this website. 

    The customer can navigate the website but to access the sales service, it is essential to have the necessary requirements for concluding legally binding contracts in accordance to Portuguese and Community Law. You must have in your possession a valid email address and a bank account or Paypal, Klarna or Amazon Pay account or the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard. 

    For the customer to carry out an order it is mandatory to fill in all the required data and accept the terms and conditions. Up to the time of completion of the order, the customer can change all the data associated with your request at any time. 

    WOCK® reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made at the discretion of WOCK®. If the order is not executed, we will let you know immediately by email. The confirmation of an order entry is not a purchase contract; it only serves as evidence that the order was received by WOCK®.

  • QUALITY ASSURANCE

    WOCK® ensures the satisfaction of customers in the purchase of products acquired both at www.wockshoes.com and WOCK® points of sale.

    If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase:

    • In case of products bought at www.wockshoes.com, the customer should send an e-mail to  cs@wockshoes.com.
    • In case of products bought at WOCK® points of sale, the customer should contact the store directly.

    For any additional questions, customers may contact WOCK® through the email cs@wockshoes.com.

  • PRODUCTS

    The pictures on the website are the only means of representation of products and, of WOCK® it does not guarantee the exact match of the images to the products. For example the colors may appear differently on different computer screens.

  • PRICES

    All prices quoted on the website include V.A.T., at the statutory rate in force in the country of origin (Portugal), to Portugal and the European Union. 

    For other countries, prices do not include additional taxes, duties or charges regulated by any other applicable legislation. If necessary, the customer must therefore provide for import customs duties, pay taxes and fees that may occur in the importing country.

  • ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Clients who are defined as consumers in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Law 144/2015) and that had celebrated purchase/sale contracts and/or service contracts have the right to resort to official entities for assistance in the event of a dispute arising from the supply of goods and services, without prejudice to having recourse to the Judicial Courts.

     

    According to Law n.144 / 2015 of September 8, 2015, we released above all entities for Alternative Dispute Resolution that can be contacted in case of conflict.
